	Rosedale Meadows Completed as the first housing development of its kind in the City of Erie in over a decade, Rosedale Meadows created affordable home ownership opportunities to first time buyers. It was very successful, with PDA handling all financing, development and construction.
	Palace Centre This 12 story building was acquired and converted from offices to apartments. Built in 1914 as Erie’s first skyscraper, it boasted an impressive mix of office and retail occupants until being vacated in the 1980s. A multi-million dollar initiative transformed the building into residential and commercial, “mixed use” that became a catalyst for downtown revitalization.
	Lakeside Heights Completed as a follow up to the success of Rosedale Meadows, Lakeside Heights resulted in development of another community of 20 new homes for first-time home buyers.
	Parkside Commons The former Meadville High School was transformed into Parkside Commons by investing $6M+ to create a vibrant “mixed use” residential and commercial development. The building is over 100,000 sf, and now consists of 56 apartments, commercial and professional office space.
	Manchester Village This development created patio home ownership opportunities for seniors in a condominium campus.
